Here are the measurements I used to halve the recipe:


  1. - 340 grams of lukewarm water  (see notes on the Master Recipe Pizza Dough)

  2. - 5 grams of dry active yeast

  3. - 12 grams of kosher salt

  4. - 480 grams of unbleached all-purpose flour  (I use Antimo Caputo “00” brand)


Directions ... exactly the same as the Master Recipe Pizza Dough - “Five Minutes A Day” and the 50/50 All-Purpose Flour & Cake Flour Pizza Dough Recipe!!!! 

Remember - if you don’t want to find or order the Tip “00” Flour - the 50/50 All-Purpose Flour & Cake Flour Recipe is the next best substitution!
