Here’s what we used to make 2 plates:


  1. - 2 rounds of 5 Minute Homemade Hash Browns (thawed if frozen)

  2. - 1 cup of Shredded Taco-Seasoned Chicken with Corn  (thawed if frozen)

  3. - 1/2 cup of cooked Red Beans (or beans of choice, thawed if frozen)

  4. - Handful of shredded Cheddar Cheese (or cheese or choice)

  5. - 1/2 cup of White Chili-Cheese Sauce & Dip (warmed if refrigerated/thick)

  6. - Optional garnishes - black olives, sour cream, salsa, etc.


Directions:


Start with the above ingredients (minus garnishes), warmed and heated-through.


Place a warm hash brown round on each serving plate.  Top with chicken and corn mixture.  Sprinkle cheese on top.  Next, add beans.  Drizzle chili-cheese sauce over the top of it all and garnish as desired.  Serve and ENJOY!!!
