If you’re looking for a little glass of something sparkly to celebrate Valentine’s Day - here’s a couple of our favorites:  Zibibbo Sparkling Pink Moscato and Prosecco (there happen to be other brands we like just as well as this one).

Eric and I stumbled upon a free wine tasting not that many months ago and we’re really surprised at how much we enjoyed the Sparkling Pink Moscato.  It’s sweet, but not over the top - as neither one of us are typically sweet drink lovers ... it’s just perfect if you like something (with alcohol) to mark a special night or event.

We’ve enjoyed a glass of Prosecco on New Year’s Eve throughout the years - it’s a lovely (and less expensive alternative) to Champagne.  It’s much drier when compared to the sweet notes of the Sparkling Moscato.  Prosecco also lends well to being a topper/floater and being paired with fruit juices and purees.

So - I can’t recommend one over the other - but I can tell you that these are both solid choices, both run for under $15 a bottle.  They would also make great gifts!

And as we look towards the Spring Holidays & Special Occasions - Easter Brunches, Mother’s Day Brunches, Bridal Showers ... these will likely be handy items to have on hand!
